LIA Sales Intern

About the role

As a sales intern at MinCFO, you are our voice to the outside world. You work closely with the founders to identify and reach out to potential clients, booking meetings and moving prospects forward. You will use both phone and email, and learn how to build trust in complex B2B relationships from the very first contact.

Your main responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect exciting growth companies.

• Work leads through cold calls and personalised emails.

• Book meetings for our advisors and CEO, who take the second meeting.

• Help develop our sales processes and pitches.

About you

We are looking for someone studying sales, finance, or marketing who is about to complete their LIA placement. With us, you put theory into practice and learn real B2B sales, with guidance from the founders.

• You are fearless, communicative, and love building relationships.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment where ideas quickly become reality.

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in service or sales is a plus. Telesales experience is an even bigger advantage.

• You take initiative and bring ideas on how we can reach more people, better and more efficiently.
