Senior Finance Consultant

About the role

We help entrepreneurs and growth companies with accounting, payroll, financial control, and advisory, always with a focus on digitalization, smart processes, and real value for the client. Here you help shape the finance function of the future and build a stable foundation for our clients’ growth, in an expansive phase where we grow both organically and through acquisitions.

Here you are a key person and a trusted partner for our clients. You take broad ownership, combining hands-on operational work with analysis and advisory. You drive deliveries independently and act as a sounding board for the rest of the team.

What you'll do

• Run ongoing bookkeeping and monthly and year-end closing.
• Develop and quality-assure reporting.
• Drive improvements and develop our processes.
• Support clients with their financial follow-up and reporting.
• Analyze client profitability and contribute advisory.
• Act as an internal knowledge-holder and sounding board for the team.

Who you are

You are confident in your expertise, like responsibility, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where a lot happens. You have experience in both accounting and payroll, and you enjoy a varied day with different kinds of clients. You likely bring:

• At least 2 years of accounting experience, ideally from an agency.
• A track record of independently running accounting and closing.
• A deep understanding of the accounting flow, ideally with financial-control experience.
• Strong system skills, including Fortnox.
• The ability to build trust in client relationships and coach colleagues.
• A plus if you have run your own agency or led an accounting department.
