About the role
As a sales rep at MinCFO, you are our voice to the world. You work close to the founders, identifying and reaching out to potential clients to book meetings. You use both phone and email, and you learn how to build trust in complex B2B relationships from the first contact.
What you'll do
- Identify and prospect exciting growth companies.
- Work leads through cold calls and personal emails.
- Book meetings for our advisors and CEO, who take the second meeting.
- Help develop our sales processes and pitches.
Who you are
We think you are studying sales, business, or marketing, and you want practical experience alongside your studies or during your LIA period. We also think you:
- Are fearless, communicative, and love building relationships.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment where ideas quickly become reality.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Take initiative and bring ideas for how we can reach more people, better and faster.
- Bonus points for prior experience in service or sales, especially phone sales.
